I’ve loved books since I was old enough to grab the pages and have enjoyed creating make-believe adventures since my sisters and I were inventing long Barbie games filled with intrigue and danger or running around pretending to be detectives. My novels include plenty of nail-biting suspense but no graphic content. Five of my novels are Whitney Award winners for Best Mystery/Suspense.

My husband and I have five kids, three kids-in-law, one grandchild, and a cat who rates my petting skills as “good enough if no one else is around.” I love spending time with my family, eating cookies for breakfast, and taking pictures of birds and wildflowers (see my nature photos page). I also enjoy crocheting (see my crocheted creatures page)
